These waist belts are ridiculously awesome! No battery, just plug it into the wall to charge. The lumens are crazy and light up the trail/road to a full 180 degrees in front of you, and there is a safety light on the back. There is a small pouch for necessities and the strap is Velcro for easy adjustment. I have two and they have been a game changer!
