This is my go-to trail shoe. I wear a USW11/EU44, even if I'm normall an EU43.5. I'm not a fan of high-cushion or high-stack - I like to have better contact with the ground and reduce my chances of an ankle-roll in technical terrain, so this is the go-to for me!
