These are my all time favorite crampons for ice climbin. Those front points are very well designed--sharp, durable, secure. These crampons are modular meaning that you can swap out different front sections with this crampon and save some money or weight in your pack. You can also have 1 front point (that's what I usually use) or 2 front points--I like having 2 front points on convex surfaces, but you have to make the decision before you leave the house.
