Expert Review
Maybe I'm old school, but hard flasks with push-pull caps all the way! I've tried lots and lots of hard and soft flasks during my career, and I continue to prefer my trusty 10 oz. and 18 oz (insulated) Nathan hard flasks. For daily runs of 30-90 min, I tuck the 10 oz flask in my Naked band, bra, half tights, or tights. I switch to an 18 oz insulated hard flask in the summer in AZ. Then I add another 10 oz flask if I need to, or add a vest and more flasks if I need more capacity. In most Ultras I carry 2 x 10 oz hard flasks or 18 oz + 10 oz.
